Tips, Tricks and Ideas for Kid's Birthday Parties
With kids comes birthday parties! I'm just delving into this now, with two kids, one in preschool and one just entering grade school. It's a whole minefield out there, with questions on who to invite, where to host it, and trying to outdo their best friend's party! (Don't try this - just have fun, because it's for the kids!)
What I found is that a theme party is the easiest to plan for - it makes things more organized and unified, because you have common elements to work with. For instance, if your child loves Elmo, you know to use black, red and white streamers and balloons, you will create an Elmo cake, you can create some fun decor such as crayon-drawn walls and furniture as a backdrop, and you can serve goldfish crackers!
So, I will list some fun kid's parties with themes, and some creative ideas for each one. Thanks, and for more ideas, check out my main site at Themeaparty.com
